EMPLOYMENT READINESS IN THE GRADUATING STUDENTS OF BACHELOR OF SCIENCE IN OFFICE OPERATIONS OF CAMARINES SUR POLYTECHNIC COLLEGES, NABUA CAMARINES EN DEAMBULANT

This chapter is the presentation, analysis, and interpretation of the data on the employment readiness among the graduating students of Bachelor of Science in Office Administration of Camarines Sur Polytechnic Educational institutions. This phase includes the topic of the respondent's profile, their very own employment openness as to their particular knowledge, attitude, skills and habits; the factors that affect the career readiness with the graduating learners; the significant romantic relationship between the career readiness plus the factors that affect the career readiness with the respondents. Included also are the proposed advice to enhance the employment readiness of BSOA graduating student. The data was structured in tabular contact form in order to provide a clear presentation. Profile of the Graduation Office Government Students

Provided in Stand 1 was your respondents profile in terms of era, size of the family, monthly family cash flow, occupation, membership and enrollment and competencies. Majority of the respondents which represents 60 one (61) or fifty-five percent (55%) of the total respondents show up within the age ranges 20-21; 35 (35) or thirty two percent (32%) have reached the age of 18-19; eleven (11) or 10 % (10%) are 22-23 years of age; three (3) or 3 percent (3%) in the associated with 24-25; zero (0) inside the age of dua puluh enam and previously mentioned. Furthermore, the respondents are dominated by simply female which represents the ninety nine (99) or eighty percent (90%) of the total respondents as the eleven (11) or 10% are guys. Of the one hundred ten participants, majority passed the NC III bookkeeping which was constructed eighty-nine (89) or 80 one percent (81%); eight (7) or six percent (6%) were civil services professional; three (3) or perhaps three percent (3%) have got other eligibility and competencies; and a single (1) or perhaps one percent (1%) is a Civil Assistance Sub-Professional.
